These Terms and your use of the 7spine Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of 7spine shall first be submitted to 7spine's internal dispute resolution process via the support team. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws and PAGCOR's prescribed dispute resolution mechanisms.
You may close your 7spine account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method, subject to the standard KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
7spine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, violation of these Terms, or regulatory direction. In the event of involuntary closure due to verified rule violations, 7spine reserves the right to withhold all bonus-derived winnings and to report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine authorities.
